1. About us

Eliteverse Hub is an online retailer offering curated products to customers in the United Kingdom, the United States, and other markets. Some products are fulfilled through partner suppliers and international logistics networks. Contact details are on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and pricing

• We aim to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Colours and details may vary slightly from photographs.
• Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change before you complete an order.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct errors (including pricing errors), subject to applicable consumer protection law.

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order (for example by sending an order confirmation and/or taking payment). We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after payment, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled items.

5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout using the methods we offer. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders may be held until payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Many products are sourced and dispatched through international fulfilment partners. Delivery is typically 5-9 business days after dispatch to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States. Peak seasons, remote areas, or customs checks may take longer.

• Estimated times are guidelines, not guarantees of a specific calendar day.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country, unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.
• Tracking information is shared when available from the carrier or fulfilment partner.
• Risk in the goods generally passes according to applicable law and the carrier’s terms once the goods are handed to the carrier, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

7. UK consumer cancellation rights (distance selling)

To exercise this right, contact us within the cancellation period with a clear statement (including your order number). You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you cancel, at your own cost unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return), using the original payment method where possible. We may deduct an amount if goods are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions may apply (for example sealed goods unsealed after delivery where unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, personalised items, or goods that deteriorate rapidly). See also our Refund Policy.

8. US customers

If you purchase as a consumer in the United States, additional state consumer protection laws may apply. Our voluntary return and refund practices are set out in the Refund Policy and do not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, scrape content in bulk without permission, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

All content, branding, logos, and design on the site are owned by Eliteverse Hub or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the site to browse and order.

12. Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eliteverse Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where a higher limit is required by mandatory consumer law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that:

• UK/EEA consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections of that country continue to apply; and
• US consumers retain any non-waivable rights under the laws of their state of residence.
